Mr.R yang suke makan ice cream...so everytime dia makan, I pun join saje huhu gemoks! we love to dip our fries with those yummeh ice cream. hmm I miss bens & jerry's dulu selalu je nak beli lagi-lagi kat groceries store kat sussex garden,cant recall name store itu or sainsbury marble arch.

we (my friends & I) yg dah settled down working in malaysia ni used to hang out kat tinseltown jugak with our own private driver haha abg boy,abg hafiz and da gang. mereka sgt rajin membawa kami berjalan2 ke sana ke mari sekitar UK. thanks mate!

why eh kat sane I dont mind to use their public transport esp bus lah. kat sini mcm nak nanges je. esp time balek keje and pi keje. nak tak nak , I have to take commuter yg lembab-urgh-sgt itu coz i live in shah alam..disebabkan kepadatan manusia saya merelakan diri meredah memandu di high-way kesas every morning. *yawn* I can stand with the lrt...star or putra but no commuter plsssssssss

They were oh-so-popular back then. They started as Nasyeed group from SMAPK & their music was commercialized in 2005. Somehow they managed to attract young girls to surau and usrah. hehe well nasyeed is one of medium of dakwah too, now nasyeed has been into the music industry like a bomb. I'm not a fan tho but I appreciates good music with good lyrics esp when it comes to the part of great realization e.g mempunyai unsur keinsafan. org seperti saye harus always insaf *tsk tsk*

ohh i'm out of topic. haha anyways what I want to stress on here is the lead vocal Dr. Khairul Idzwan Baharin went to the One in a million audition. No, its not a weird thing tho, look at Faizal Tahir he was a nasyeed singer before (Mirwana) & he did enter OIAM too. But...bUT

oh kurusnya saye ketika itu, it was before I went to London. I did lose weight back then even when I was in London, mungkin sebab faktor persekitaran e.g I consumed lotsa chocz & food but I walked a lot around London. Mebbe fats & carbs di burn time itu walaupun makan macam kebuluran haha

Now i am turning into a big fat cat haha jokes. urghh i need to work out. lelemak sudah timbul. I really wanna get rid of those lemaks on my arms...oh benci ok...tempat itu adelah tempat fav utk tembam berbanding tempat lain. Mungkin perlu mengangkat berat? haha
My height is around 168cm, yup I'm quite tall and I do not need to lose weight menggila coz I will definitely look like a walking skeleton *oh-NO* or mebbe lanky aneroxia @_@ sedang2 cukupla..ade isi sikit dari tinggal bone semata-mata. unless IF i ni model harusla berat bawah 50 kg gitu,berat wajib model...can u imagine me being less than 50kg with 168cm tall? erkk...yang penting sihat & tidak berpenyakit. Isu kurus gemok ni is a CHESTNUT ....if kurus cantik, if gemok buruk...haihhh kesian org2 yang "comel" tauu BUT for me I want to stay in a good shape for my own satisfaction....Tak nak la kurus tapi sakit like my auntie..kurus slim-melim but ade darah tinggi n such....

so gurls kurus or chubby....jage ur health baik-baik ok...yg penting cholestrol level x high...if dapat lose weight to have that cun healthy figure...go for it!!! apa salahnya nampak cantik bila berkebaya, ye dak?
