of the gomen checkup

This morning I had a some-what minor period cramp pain after subuh...my hubs thot that I'm goin to deliver anytime, oh noo....so off we went to KKSA for my regular checkup...My head was spinning as I entered the clinic so I went to the toilet & wallah I vomited *aiyoh* alhamdulillah, I felt so much better tho huhu..the GP said my uterus was contracting to adjust the enganged position of my baby as I'm approaching the 8 months of pregnancy soon. 'baby darling pls dont rush to come out okey, just enjoy playing in my womb until u reach the full term stage' hmm so that was the drama of the day...baru teringat macam mane rase period cramp..huhu

checkup for 30 weeks 4 days / 31 weeks :

Hb : I skipped dis part becoz last 2 weeks my Hb was high enuff..so no more blood test for me *yeay*
Urine : Blue = clear
Weight : maintain. didnt gain or lose any weight for the last 2 weeks
Condition : mummy & baby are okay ^_^

so dat was it....nurse siap pesan 'Puan, bulan depan puan bolehla start basuh baju2 baby ye & pastikan semua kelengkapan dia tersedia' ohhh baiklah....hehe. next checkup kat KKSA will be in 2 weeks time...hopefully no more 'drama' sakit perut bagai...huhu insya Allah next month checkup kat private pulak...time ni bolehla tengok si tomey dlm perut ^_^

ok then later..updates on my birthday, etc :)

ohhh I havent sign up for any antenatal class (yet) and I'm reaching 32 weeks, next week (insya Allah) aiyaiyaiyai...ok ok kene call that hospy now. Next check up at KKSA will be on this coming wednesday (Feb 24). I have to go to KKSA every 2 weeks until my pregnancy reach 36 weeks & I'm goin to have another checkup at private hospy next month. woooo mase berlalu pantas eh? *gulp* oh btw I can wait for the hoo-haa outing with the gf(s) dis coming saturday weeehoooo okies more updates, later ;)

p/s I need to do more shopping...for the baby of coz...ermm for mommy sikit too hihi

Yesterday was very tiring becoz I had my routine checkup at KKSA from 7.30am - 12.30am...I had 2 appointments - 1) with the nurse 2) with the Dr : so lama lah I kene tunggu (-_-) thank god ade someone to talk, preggers jugak :) part yang best sebab ramai sangat babies....comel je :)

Alhamdulillah everything is good, the lil one is doing great inside the womb, my placenta is up n the baby head is down...mcm position nak beranak tu..according to the Dr, I have another 11 weeks +/- to deliver my baby..so lepas ni every 2 weeks kene gi checkup kat KKSA tu...& I have to monitor my baby's movement from now on...

Checkup for my 3rd trimester, 29 weeks :

My HB 12.8 yeayyy! it keeps on increasing from last month tho...the tips : makan kerang rebus, cuci bersih2 betul2, makan any food dat contains iron...n if Dr prescribed iron pills jgn skip
My urine is clear, dah tak kotor dah...last month kotor sket, so kene minum air gula...the result 4.5 (before) = 5.7 (after) = normal
oh urine yg kotor can lead to infection..infection can caused by glucose level yg ade dalam urine, so they would ask u to do the mgtt too but in certain KK dia x kesah sgt...the tips : minum air barli rebus without sugar & of coz air masak banyak. it works for me :)
My weight naik 100 grams..achievement jugak ok sebab I lost 2 kg on last month checkup tapi still gemok okayyyy (-_-) uhuk uhuk hehe
I didnt suffer from major morning sickness on my 1st trimester but 2nd trimester mcm tak lalu makan (dat explain on the losing weight part)...3rd trimester ni dah kembali normal..My bump is getting bigger...alhamdulillah I'm happy! =)

On the other hand, I did my detailed scan & 3D at Umra on the 30th last month....susah sket sonographer tu nak capture the face becoz mesti dia gerak2...but bila buat detailed scan to check on the baby's development/progress dia tido je..huhu...so I managed to get few pics of the baby...tak banyak pun...takpelah sayang, nanti mummy tengok puas2 when u arrive to this world :) yeaa we know the gender already, my instinct was true :)...saje nak test, ramai people predict dat I'm gonna have a gurl hehe..gurl ke boy? jengjengjeng..next checkup lah bagitahu..hihihi

tak clear sangat kan..the lil one was moving tapi sempat gak sonographer ni captured cepat...huhu tapi nampak umbilical cord yg macam bayang2 tuh..hehe dia tengah tido sambil pusing2...oh look at da cute right eye, nose & knees :) *itu je yg clear* huhu erkkkkk while I'm typing this my baby is wiggling inside the womb hihi

My BIRTHDAY. haha so it is a celebration month for me too...in fact I was born on CNY back in 1985...time tgh bunyi gendang with the lion dance & all...my mum was giving birth to me :)

My hubby did asked me what I want for my upcoming bday (16 days to go) my answer was "lotsa lotsa & moreeee love from u" & dat was spontaneously! haha random dah terlebeh love but nak lebeh2 lagi hihi...entahla lain lah bila dah kawen ni, I dont get excited thinking what I'm going to get for my bday juz like when I was a 'hingusan remaja' haha...I juz want to spend quality time berdua ngan hubby before the little one's arrival :) ade 12 weeks lagi...more/less cant wait tho! hehe
